Ø Adjust the temperature

2. Do not put an empty baking tray into the commercial electric oven for baking, otherwise it will cause the baking tray to deform and the oven to be damaged.

3. Do not use metal objects in the bakery electric oven, which may cause dangerous situations such as fire.

Ø Cleaning method

1. Before cleaning, must turn off the power first, and wait for the baking electric oven to cool down before cleaning.

2. Use a neutral detergent to clean the baking tray and the body, and disinfect it after a period of time.

3. After cleaning, wipe the panel clean with a damp cloth, and do not pour water directly on the panel.
